Thank you for shopping with tapvCard. We are committed to delivering your Smart NFC Business Cards and related products safely and on time across India.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Standard products are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Customized products such as personalized NFC business cards, metal cards, standees, and branded products may require 3–7 business days for production and dispatch.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through trusted courier partners.

At present, international shipping may not be available for all products. Customers can contact our support team for special international shipping requests.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or unforeseen logistical delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). Customers can use the tracking link to monitor shipment status in real time.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

  • Full name
  • Complete address
  • Valid mobile number
  • Correct PIN code

tapvCard will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your shipment is delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Damaged Package or Product

If you receive a damaged package or product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of:
    • The outer packaging
    • The damaged product
    • The shipping label

After verification, we will assist with replacement or resolution as applicable.

9. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the shipment is returned due to:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional re-shipping charges may apply.

10. Customized Products

Customized and personalized products are specially manufactured based on customer requirements. Production timelines may vary depending on:

  • Design approval
  • Printing requirements
  • Bulk order quantity

Customers are requested to review all customization details carefully before confirming the order.
