Eligibility for Refund

Refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Customized or personalized orders (e.g., with your name, logo, or design) are not eligible for refund unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please allow some time for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
