Refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please allow some time for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

我们将在收到退货之日起 14 天内向您退款。

Exceptions

No refund will be issued for digital services or used NFC cards

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

以下商品不能退货:

2. 供应的商品根据其性质不宜退货、迅速变质或已超过有效期。

3. 因健康保护或卫生原因不宜退货且交货后未密封的商品供应。

4. 货物的供应在交付后根据其性质与其他物品密不可分地混合在一起。

我们保留自行决定拒绝退回任何不符合上述退货条件的商品的权利。

仅正常价格的商品可以退款。
